2. Issuance of 3 types of certificates at Shimla Sugam centre based on land
   record database without need for field reports:

   Issuance of Himachali Domicile, Caste and Agriculturist Certificates for Shimla district, is now possible at Shimla Sugam centre based on land record database without need for field reports. Only Identity proof is to be produced.
